... features how they did the special fly effects in Phenomena (Creepers)? Especially how they used a thread tied to a fly to guidea through the air.

Does anyone know?

I just found out it wasn't a documentary at all. It is found in the movie "Opera" or "Terror at the Opera". In it a movie crew performs a special effect that was used in Argento's earlier film "Creepers"/ "Phenomena".
