I saw this movie on sale at the local supermarket and wondered about buying it, but left it there.

Did I do the wrong thing? Is the movie any good? Should I run fast back to the market or be glad that I left it there?

I would buy it... It's a good movie. If you liked Dead Alive, it's as close as you can get.

If you talking about the "Evil Ed" that is from 1997, then I would ask, if you like spoof films with a lot of gore, why did you leave it there?

If on the other hand you are talking about the film that is about a guy that works in the editing room of a movie company editing horror films, you did the right thing by leaving it there. That film was a waste.

I would have left that film there as well. It's a complete rip off of Evil Dead (I mean c'mon Evil ED) but it isn't even enjoyable. They even have Evil Dead II posters littered through out the film. It is gory, it is very crazy. I'd maybe rent it but don't buy it unless you need a new coster or paper weight.
