Dario Argento's latest dissapointment

SLEEPLESS...

Perhaps that was the wrong movie to start my movie watching experience with the films of Dario Argento...but I found it rather ridiculous...

It started off cool...but then it got more and more boring for me...

Yes, that was definetly the wrong Argento film to watch first. I felt the same way about it you do.
Try "Suspiria".

Yes, definitely the wrong one to start off with, but if you've followed his hits and misses since the 70s and 80s like I have, you'd see SLEEPLESS is his best in 15 years.

I've yet to see SLEEPLESS but my reaction to Argento's movies is that I really dig them after repeated viewings (with the exeption of STENDAL SYNDROME). You just notice what is really good about them in a second or even fourth watch.
