Too much Spider-man topics, too little time. Just see the movie and gone with your selves.

A great movie, Spider-man does not make.

A riddle???

What kind of riddle? A riddle, that post was not.

Really though, I just think that there is too many topic here about one movie that's all, and too little time to post on all of them to say what you already stated in the other ones. So I clearly said to just mind yo bees-wacks and see the film. In other words, I think that there's waaaaay! too much Spider-man topics on this site already and I don't think the movies gonna make it all that big at all..... Not as BIG as Attack of the Clones anyway. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif

No, because spider-man is not a movie maker.
Obviously the movie will never achieve "great" status, but it could be good...open up your mind!

This is the next film i can't wait for.Although i've had some doubts(and still do about Dafoe),it is shaping up to be another entertaining thrill ride, the reason i go to the movies in the first place.I don't go to see some sappy melodrama such as In the Boudoir(gag inducing drivel),Beautiful Mind(yes it has excellent acting, but belongs on Lifetime or is nothing more than a rental),Gosford Park(a pretentious, self concious period piece directed by an over the hill Director,Short Cuts was his best),i go to see all out action, with fantastical characters, and Spiderman looks as if it's going to deliver bigtime.

Attack of the Clones, what a joke that film is,Star Wars is dead,it was dead after Return of the Jedi, sorry to say.I see SM doing brisk business,it has that Batman Forever feel to it,that sense of manic cartoonish energy combined with some excellent location shooting in NYC.

I just wish they would have kept the TT finale in the finished product, that would have been unreal.

What movie is that from? There's to many "down-there's" lines, so which is it?

It wil be odd. Having viewed the first of the longer trailers, its apparent that scenes straight out of the original comic book are there. Scenes that strike a memory with us veterans who have been with Spidey since the early days.

Especially the one key scene that is a turning point and pivotal character event in Spideys life. Ie the Goblin dropping Gwen Stacy from Brooklyn Bridge, which results in her death, now becomes, as seen in the trailer the Goblin dropping Mary Jane from the bridge, which obviously won`t result in her death.

For us veterans who know the past that scene will sit uneasily....yet, as with all movies of this ilk, the younger generation who are unaware of the history, will be unaware of how much that scene will register with us older folk...

Unless of course they actually do kil MJ in the movie..but I think thats only happening in an alternate universe...since to do that would screw up the rest of the Spideyverse.
