BC3 is a little too goofy for my liking, but is entertaining nonetheless.

Well Romero Basket Case 3 was released waaay back in 1992 and its about belial and eve from part 2. They're expecting more children this time... which leads to another kill spree. More hilarity than terror in this installment. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.
