In December, Japan released its 25th Godzilla movie. This one's called Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack. This is the one Godzilla, prior to the 1st, that carries a dark theme and a graphic death toll. In this movie, Godzilla is resurrected by the souls of WWII soldiers and he is the embodiment of true evil. However, there are 3 other monsters which are prophecized to protect Japan from this evil. They are Mothra, King Ghidorah, and Baragon. BTW, Godzilla's eyes are white in this film, probably to show this evil nature. I can't wait to see it...

When is this going to be released? I remember reading about it and being very intrigued. Big G could use a mean edge. He's gotten too friendly as of late. There's nothing wrong with fluffy, marketable creature features, though. (I'm a closet Godzilla '98 fan)

I love the Japan Godzilla, its really cheesey fun and always puts a smile on my face to see those big beast ripe a new A-hole into one an other.

Is that really going to be the name of the movie?

Well, in Japan they usually have longer film titles. I'm sure a U.S. release will trim it down...

The title pays homage to the older series. Their titles were very long as well.
Hopefully it's better than Godzilla X Megaguirus. ~.~
