I saw this movie, and LOVED it. I thought it was great. I loved the part where the cows where hit by the car - it looked SO real! What did everyone else think about the movie?

I saw this movie ages ago, but it remains fresh in my memory. this must rank as one of the Coens more feel-good efforts, combining a quirky and eclectic score, sparky dialogue and Laurel and Hardy influenced physical humour.
Good form from John Turturro as ever, while Clooney merely confirmed what many of us have suspected, that he is one of the more promising of Hollywoods rising stars.
This is filmmaking at its most dazzling.
The final, underwater sequence is one of the most visualkly arresting I have seen in a long time
great stuff

Pretty good. Loved the soundtrack. What irked me was the repetitive humor. Several times in the film a character simply repeated a line over and over and over. While it was funny when Clooney did it in the barn, the rest of the times it was downright stupid (and bothersome).

I LOVED the movie... it was excelent. the one guy reminded me of a friend of mine... the stupid one... like when the guy said "i vote for yours truly" and then the other said "well I vote for yours truly also" and the third guy says "well im with you fellows"
This movie is a fun mofo. It was so entertaining. THe best sequence in the whole movie was the cow shooting part.

I thought that it was great, and reading the book really helped you understand the movie better. The two people that I saw it with, did not like it at all, but I really enjoyed it. George Clooney did a fantastic job, and I am going to buy it when it comes out on DVD

O Brother, where art thou? sounds like a very good movie, almost everyone likes it... Too bad I missed it in the theaters. I got to see it later on video or DVD then... I got to!

The cows were great. I laughed so hard I nearly ruptured something, and it did look real. Great movie, the Coen brothers rock!

Great film! great soundtrack too incidentally! George Clooney was born to play Ulysses Everett McGill. He really is a better actor than I ever gave him credit for. Then again, it's so difficult to get past the fact that he was on the "Facts of Life"...
I watched this film last night and thought it was really impressive. Nice visuals too.
My favourite scene was where the valley has been flooded and we see all those pomade tins floating about. Was that done with computers? Cause it sure looked really good, plus, when you see that dog swiming about, it was really funny.
I was shocked by one or two scenes, but overall a lovely film.
