HELP!!WHAT IS THIS MOVIE?

I saw this movie when I was around 9 years old.I think a mother who had black hair and her daughter who had blonde hair moved into a new house.The daughter started acting strange,as if she was possessed.Her mother noticed her strange behavior.I think she climbs on the roof of the house.She tries to kill her mother.I remember one scene when the girl is stairing at her mother in the kitchen doorway rolling a pizza cutter on the wall.She was trying to kill her.Please help me.What movie is this??

The only film I know involving a pizza cutter scene is the 1982 tv movie...
Don't Go To Sleep.
It involves a family moving into a house,
after the death of the eldest daughter. The youngest daughter is haunted by sounds under the bed, calling her name, and visions of the dead daughter.
The pizza cutter scene is quite the classic, and involves the daughter sharpening it, and then running it along the stair bannister, leaving a very deep mark in it, towards the mum.

Holy Shit Ive been trying to remember that movie for years. I remember the part where the watermelon explodes just as she pushes her brother out of the window. I never looked at a pizza cutter the same way after that damn movie.
