Need spooky-movie reccomendations FAST!!!

When i say spooky i mean like hauntedhouse,or atmospheric,ghost,or scary killer movie,or mindfuck....Is Near dark good? Is it scary? or any other films that are spooky would be fine...

Near Dark is a brilliant movie, but hardly has a fright in it - just a well made, well acted, intelligent vampire movie.

On the freaky front, Id like to heartily recommend William Wesleys "Scarecrows"... kinda posessed scarecrows vs military criminals... really hectic and atmospheric - that or your money back...
