Question about Jamie in the Halloween 4 & 5

In the Halloween 6, where Micheal Myers comes after the daughter of his neice, Jamie, I am wondering why the original actress who played Jamie in 4&5 didn't come back to play her again?

My guess is that Danielle Harris just didn't look old enough for the part...its too bad cause she's an exceptional actress.

It's a shame Danielle is so under-rated. She has some talent compared with the other pretty faces...

I liked her small part in Urban Legend =P

Actually, Danielle Harris was not Jamie in HALLOWEEN The Curse of Michael Myers because Dimension Films would not pay her the $5000 she asked for. A week before production started they hired J.C. Brandy for $2000.

Isn't that a kick in the ass. Dimension wouldn't lift a measy $5,000 to keep some credibility to the HALLOWEEN franchise. The Producer's Cut has a few more scenes with the Jamie character. Would've been nice if Dimension kept themselevs out of the editing room AND hired a series staple. For those in the NY area, Danielle Harris is appearing at the Weekend of Horrors on April 7 & 8.

too bad, it was only $3,000 more dollars, cheap ass holes... I also like Danielle Harris... They pay some stars millions, $3,000 dollars more is nothing compared to what those top hollywood celebs make!!! Why couldn't they just hire her, it still pisses me off!

I know it just might be me, but between Halloween 5 and 6 is approx 6 yrs making Jamie Lloyd approx 15-17 but to me in part six J.C. Brandy looks like she is 21-24... Danielle Harris was in an indie film Called POOR WHITE TRASH which isn't to bad (shameless promotion). Harris should have been the lead in URBAN LEGEND, then it would have been a halfway decent flick..

yeah danielle harris was hot man! whatever happend to her. not only was she hot but she was also a good actress(half the actresses in hollywood are nothing but pretty faces...)
well i just hope she gets back into some major roles because shes awesome

I agree she should`ve been the lead in "Urban Legend". She would`ve been a helluvalot better than the lead they got (Alicia Witt), who was boring and unattractive.
