I was wondering if anybody shared my opinion of When A Stranger Calls Back 2. I remember seeing this movie 5 years ago and specifically remeber the ten minutes vividly. In fact the first ten minutes were so scry to me that I had to stop the movie, turn on all the lights in the house, grab a butcher knife, and I still couldn't go to sleep that night.
The the movie had to suuddenly become SOOOOO boring until the first ten minutes where it go good again.
Why couldn't they reproduce the first ten minutes through the rest of the film.

Shamelessly bump much. The reason no one responded is because i posted practically the exact same thing a few days ago. I totally agree about that movie, scared the living shit out of me. But i disagree about the rest of the movie, though clearly nothing could match those first ten mintues. Some examples.
1. When she initially finds the kids clothes hanging in her closet.
2. When she wakes up, calls Jill, and has to search her apartment alone with Jill on the phone. It was slow, deliberate, and terrifying.
3. Basically any shot of the killer (especialy the one where he performs with that freaky hand puppet). Creepy, though not as scary.
4. THE END!!!! Hello?! Those last ten minutes where he is throwing his voice and you don't know where the hell he is and then the camera pans over the wall and his fucking eye balls move!!!! I nearly shit my pants.
None of that scared you???!!
Also, apparently the first in the series was scarier, but i havn't seen it yet.
