Story:
Beautiful and innocent Vicki Carpenter seems a shoo-in for Prom Queen. But Mary Lou Maloney, dead for thirty years, also wants the crown and returns from the grave to possess Vicki's body. After tormenting and brutally butchering Vicki's friends, Mary Lou successfully transports panic-stricken Vicki into a hellish purgatory. With the competition out of the way, hell-bent and armed with deadly powers, Mary Lou's got places to go...people to kill...and a crown to win.


Im a fan of Prom Night so I was thinking if ya have seen thsi sequel I have heard good and bad things about it.Im thinking on buying it so tell me what ya thought about it?

It's kinda fun in a Nightmare On Elm Street kind of way. Lots of reality/fantasy morphing, etc, etc.

Good characters, some alright acting. It just kind of bugged me though. A little to fantastic for my tastes. But hey, it's got Michael Ironside in it and some intersting visual effects. I'm probably going to be one of the only schmoes here to diss it. Seems to be popular with everyone else.

Yeah I like this one a lot, its got a little bit more of a supernatural element to it, and a lot more fx. Its a fun movie, and its got 80s written all over it contrary to the first one wich was a lovechild of the 70s..he http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

YES GET THAT MOVIE!! Prom Night 2 was VERY GOOD! I like a whole lot better than the original. Watch for the locker scene. It's one of my absolute favorites. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.
