We all know about the brothers grim and thier brand of childern fairy tales.
I am not talking just about them even thogth they make a great example for horrific child storys.
I have a few questions for anyone who can answer them:

1)
As a child I once read a verson of little red ridding hood when the wood cutter slices open the wolf to reveal the grand mother alive has anyone else read this verson.

2)
What in your mind is the darkest fairy tale.

3)
Who or what is the darkest villian in a fairy story.

As always I thank you for you reply because hey it's all learning.

Yes I've read that Little Red story. They fill the wolf's stomach with stones and sews him back up.He walks a few steps and drops down dead.

The Darkest Fairy Tale would have to be Fitcher's Bird by the Brother's Grimm

This dude carrying a sack kindnaps young girls and gets them to marry him.He gives them a key and an egg.The key opens the door to a forbidden room.Like the bimbos they are the girls open the door to the room.Inside is a large pot filled with choped up girls. The girl would drop the egg on the floor and it would get covered in blood and would not wash off.The dude finds out the girl disobeyed him and the girl is choped up and added to the pot.

A girl whoose lost her sisters to this dude is also agrees to mary him.He gives her the key and another egg.The girl puts the egg on a shelf before going down the hall and opening the door to the room. She puts her sisters back together and they spring to life(!)She hides them in a sack and has the dude take the bag back to her house saying it has gifts for her mom.when dude leaves she puts a wedding dress on a skeleton and puts it on a chair near the window. She then rubs some stcky stuff over her body and adds feather disguising herself as a bird(hence the title). She then sets fire to the house.Dude sees his house on fire races inside and is burned to death.

The End.

Cinderella is pretty bad. In the O.G. version the evil step sisters slice off their heels to fit in the shoe. When the prince sees the blood dripping out he figures out that they are up to some No goodness. Also at the end the evil step mother gets he eyes pecked out by birds and is forced to dance upon hot coals.

I had so many nightmares from willow. When that nasty looking trolls skin falls off and he starts mutating, that scared to poop out of me. Also the pig part freaked me out. Ahh Whatta movie!

1) Yep, read it. And I was always glad too, cause I didn't want the grandma to die. But I also love wolves, too so-oh well.
2)I always hated Billy Goats Gruff(spelled wrong). I just thought it was very creepy.
3) That I don't know. Have to read up on characters.
