Which Horror Movie Character Would You Most Like To Play If You Were An Actor?

Which horror movie character(s) would you most like to portray if you were an actor? Past, present and future flicks are eligible, as are villains, heroines and the guys who get the hot chicks.

My list...

(1) Hannibal Lecter in THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS and HANNIBAL. Classiest psycho ever!
(2) DR. JEKYLL and MR. HYDE.
(3) Chris Sarandon's Jerry Dandridge character from FRIGHT NIGHT. Vampires rule!
(4) The title character in BLADE. What a bad ass!
(5) George Clooney's Seth Gecko character in FROM DUSK TILL DAWN.

I don't think I could ever play Hannibal, 'cause it requires too much... and no matter what the critics'll say "Well, Hopkins was better"... but Myers is easy to play and a cool character... also Jason would be fun.

Jason would be great but I think it requires alot ( think of filming action scenes in that full make-up ).

Freddy would be fun as well, although I don't think that anybody else than Robert Englund could play him. I would like to be Freddy in real-Life though ( entering other peoples dreams and turning them into nightmares - how's that for a job? )

I agree Antonio, I wouldn't want to be in any of the TCM movies, especially not in the first. Hell, even if Gunnar Hansen was an English Teacher when he played Leatherface, he still gives him some kind of a personality.

I also wouldn't want to be in David Naughton's shoes when he played the original AMERICAN WERWOLF. That transformation scene looked like it took a year to be filmed.

It would rock to play the character of Dr. Sam Loomis. Running around insulting everyone, never smiling, uttering the word "EEEEEEEEvil" about 50 times. Donny P. is/was the man!

Another cool reason to assume the role of Dr. Sam Loomis was that he seemed as indestructible as Michael Myers, surviving at least four of Michael's attacks (including a hospital explosion, a couple of heart attacks and the usual slashings and stabbings).

Good call on Stu from SCREAM. That character would be a blast to play.

I'm kind of a mix of the three, but i'm mostly like TED. I'm the one who sits there stoning, watching freaky films or trying to score with some bitch who probably isn't interested. (Not being big headed, but on the whole i'm more successful than TEDDY though, and my lines aren't as bad!)

Anyway, i'd be able to play any of those three with my eyes closed because i'm them and they are me.

I'd think I could pull of an excellent Norman Bates. Definitly the clean-cut, nice guy image, with just a hint of insanity gleaming in the eyes as you smile and say "hello."

Also, given that I am 6'5", I think I could pull off a mean Jason Voorhees, although I would need to gain some weight first.

With my height I could also be the Tall Man, I'd just have to find a way to make myself appear 40 years older.
