ok, aspiring filmmaker shmoes, if you were doing your dream project, who would you go with for scoring your flick? The tried and true like Danny Elfman or someone more unlikely like a guitar virtuoso?

my dream team would be Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman...the stuff they could compose would be monstrous (pun intended) http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif I would also love to see what Joe Satriani could do with a horror film score...he's so good at setting moods with his songs....

Phillip Glass, after his haunting Candyman theme I've been obsessed with him.

Or maybe Dario Argento & The Goblins

If I made my own film I would probally do the music myself 'cause I'm so damn into it! If I got to work with someone else on a project though I would pick Buzz Osborne of the Melivins. Now theres someone who could send shivers down your spine with the pick of a string...

John Carpenter, Skinny Puppy, Cranes, Goblin and Fantomas would all have to contribute for it to be the "ultimate" modern horror score. That would be something else, too. Maybe they could all remix each others work.
