It's a steal,everyone else is selling it for 25 plus.But you may want to check out the package deal of House by the Cemetery/The Beyond.I don't think it comes with all the extras that the limited edition tin comes with,but if you don't have both films it may be the cheaper route.I would personally get the tin edition seperately.

The commentary on THE BEYOND is killer, since David Warbeck and Cat McColl are tippling while they do the commentary.
The transfer is crystal clear.
Go for it.
