does anyone know this movie ?

I remember going into my local video store when I was a young kid and seeing this movie on display in the horror section (never watched this movie) The cover of the video box had a picture of a girl with a camping backpack on, and sticking out of the back pack was jason's hockey mask and Freddy's glove.

iF anybody can tell me what the name of this movie is and what it's about, it would be greatly apreciated.
