Have you ever tried saying Candyman 5 times in the mirror when you were a kid?

Ever try saying Candyman in the mrror after seeing the movie? When i was a kid I could almost do it but would stop before the last one. I don't even think i could do it now.

GOD are you making me feel old!!!!! I saw the damn movie when I was 23!!!

Shortly after the movie came out, my then husband and I had a party and this big bluto of a schmoe who was always playing jokes and being a real smart ass (but he could never outsmart ass me) dragged me into our tiny tiny apartment bathroom and locked the door. He turned off the lights, had already had a candle lit on the counter top and said "Hey candyman, why don't you come and get us!" "Hey, Candyman!" And I'm kicking and screaming and trying to hit this idiot as hard as I can! He finally let me go and opened up the door after I freaked out a few more times. I could have killed him!

Candyman is like one of my favorite movies, so of course I've tried it. Nothing happened tho. Same thing with Bloody Mary. It's all just your mind playing tricks on you. But there's another one like that where you say something and you feel an invisible hand choking you. I don't kno what you're supposed to say but I heard from a few people it actually worked (probably bullshit tho)
