The worms undergo a new mutation, unleashing a new strain of them. Burt Gummer comes and kicks ass http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif.
If you liked the first 2 I'm sure you will like this one, so give it a shot. If you didn't like the first two then....

Tremors 3: Back to Perfection almost doesn't fall within the confines of the genre. It's mainly a comedy, and a funny one at that. Burt rules! Michael Gross slides into the Burt persona with ease and serves up an entertaining performance. He knows he's a badass. He towers over everyone else with a facial expression that reads as "I'm so much cooler than you." And it's true! As Jason said, if you enjoyed the first two entries, you'll enjoy this one. Just don't expect much in the horror department. It clicks on the comedic cylinders above all else. The horror is so light, that it's actually rated PG! I swear, the MPAA must not have watched this flick. I don't recall many other PG films that come equipped with heavy usage of the terms "shit" and "ass."
The CGI is fairly obvious, but this is forgiven due to the low budget. It’s been slightly heartbreaking to see this series deteriorate with age in terms of its cast and of its budget. With each Tremors film, we descend down the roster of actors. The sidekick in one entry winds up being the main character in the next entry. It looks like the TV series swooped in at the nick of time. The next installment might have been Burt-less! I can’t even fathom such blasphemy. If not for Burt, Back to Perfection wouldn’t have even been worth mentioning. The rest of the cast is tolerable, but they are merely traces of yeast in Burt’s urine.
MINOR SPOILERS
The new additions to the array of creatures are decent. The next logical step was to send the graboids into the skies. However, their design doesn’t really differ from that of a shrieker. It’s simply a shrieker with wings. Something more experimental and distinctive would have been much appreciated. Also, the albino graboid (or El Blanco as it’s referred to in the film) was pretty cool.
Give this flick a shot. It’s certainly worth a rental, but I went as far as buying it. Now I just need Aftershocks in my collection to complete the trilogy, which was just as enjoyable as the films between which it is sandwiched.
My rating-3.5/5

This film is okay. The first two films blow it away though.
