Who do you think will play the villian in the next spider-man

With that ending it obviously has to be hob goblin. THose who read the comic know that Harry goes on to become the Hob Goblin. On that spidermania special running on just E and ANimal Planet Raimi said no DOc OC.

Can anyone provide some backround for some of those villans? I am interested in them but my eyes have never grazed an issue of Spider-Man (or any comic for that matter...)

I definatly think that Carnage and Venom would be the coolest. Though I think that the most famous of all the villans is Doctor Octopus.

Did anyone see this moths Maxim where it has who should play the villans, its pretty funny and some of them really look like the characters, anyway here they are.

It if was so obvious to you as a comic book reader you would know that Harry doesn't become the HobGoblin. He becomes Green Goblin

honestly... i think bill paxton might be the lizard in the next film. he has great ties with sam raimi and he looks like dr. connors too.

venom and carnage should not be in the next one... maybe third if they even introduce the symbiote in the second. if they dont introduce the symbiote costume then forget it.. they wont be in.

you need to have the symbiote (black costumed spidey) before you even have venom or carnage.

heres how i think it should go:

doc ock -- mike myers?! too skinny.. doc ock was a hefty sized dood, but short... i think this was the comic book role arnie should have had instead of mr. freeze... but thats not possible, so... how about robin williams for this role?
black cat -- should be eliza duskhu
britney spears cant fuckin act... be real
kraven the hunter -- oded fehr
venom -- brendan fraser would be real cool for this role
carnage -- norton all the way man
the vulture -- id say ben kingsley here
The lizard -- bill paxton

xxxx19 is right, Harry becomes the Green Goblin. But anyways, they NEED to bring in Carnage in the series at some point. But for now Id just be happy to see RHINO! He is one of the most under rated villans in the spiderman comics. GO RHINO!
