Hey all! Just wanted to stop in and see if anyone had some specific questions they wanted asked when I hobnob with the rich (Ivana Trump), famous (Renee Zellweger) and sort-of famous (Griffin Dunne) at the UNFAITHFUL premiere in NYC. I'll be creeping on the red carpet and as the stars make their way down, I get to battle Entertainment Tonight and tons of paparazzi for some lip service with the stars. In any event, I figure I'll let you guys come up with some questions for this. Here's a list of people who'll be attending -

Richard Gere
Diane Lane
Adrian Lyne
Anna Sui
Annie Leibowitz
Chad Lowe
Hilary Swank
Griffin Dunne
Eva La Rue
James Lipton
Jane Seymour
Ivanna Trump
Robert Altman
Kate Spade
Chuck Scarborough
Stone Philips
Renee Zellweger
Julian Schnabel
Martha Stewart
Matthew Modine
Marilu Henner
Michelle Monaghan
Oded Fehr
Buck Henry
Joan Micklin Silver
Catherine Crier

- and if you have a question post it below. Please, I beg of you, don't post any gerbil related questions. While I too would like to get to the bottom of that mystery, I'm not up to getting my ass kicked by his publicists and the Fox reps. Maybe another time. So semi-legitimate questions only. Look for my full report to be up sometime before the end of the week - pictures and all. So go nuts!

p.s. - the premiere is tonight and I'm leaving 4:15 EST so that's your deadline...

Buck Henry -

Have you given any thought on reestablishing the Society for Indecency to Naked Animals?

To Robert Altman:
Are you disappointed with your recent loss at the Oscars?

To Diane Lane

The media is suggesting that with Unfaithful, you will become a household name. However you have been in films for over two decades. If the film is successful and the press are correct, what are your feelings on finally becoming a household name after working so hard for the last 20 years in the industry????

Oh and to Eva LaRue.......

My girlfriend wants to know if you will be returning to All My Children anytime soon???

That's exactly the same question I was thinking about, that would be a good one to ask Diane Lane, idealdiscountdude.

Robert Altman:

What the hell are you still doing in America?

Alright, I'm off. I'll try to incorporate these questions in my repertoire. And I'm not sure what that last Robert Altman question is supposed to mean but thanks for tossing it out...

Thanks man.........I was watching some program like Access Hollywood or sumthin' and they said that Diane Lane could finally become a Hollywood "A"lister with this film.

It would seriously be cool to see her reaction. It's about time the very gorgeous and talented Diane Lane got her due!

TO RENEE ZELWEGGER:
After starring in such a star-making picture, "Bridget Jone's Diary", what upcoming coming movies can we look to see you in?

Hilary Swank -

"What attracted you to the strange, difficult part of Brandon Teena in the film Boys Don't Cry?"

Renee Zellweger -

"Are you free next week?"

Well, as you'll read in the report that I post Friday, it was a mixed bag. A lot of celebs slated to attend didn't show (most notably Zellweger) but there were a few surprises (most notable Dennis Hopper). Unfortunately, Access Hollywood and the paparazzi wound up taking most of the star's time, so I barely got to ask any questions. They tend to keep the stars moving briskly by the time they get to the end of the carpet. Thanks for everybody's input and check out my full report this Friday...

Sorry Joey, my question was a joke. Robert Altman has bitched a ton lately about how much he hates America and he wants to stay in Britain. He made some terrible comments regarding September 11 and US patriotism.

Needless to say, I hate the guy, and I seriously wonder why he is in America if he hates it. But I didn't expect you to ask him my question...
