Which horror villian creeps the poop out of you when they let out a grin. For Moi its The original Nosferatu. If I saw him grinnig like that in real life I would lose control of my bladder and slip and slide myself as far away as I could get.

Great pick! He was the only good thing in an otherwise forgettable movie.

"God is in His Holy Temple." Every line Julian Beck uttered sent chills down my spine. "Are ya lost, sweetheart? Are ya 'fraid, honey?" Brrrr...

Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) in THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS, especially during his first meeting with Clarice (Jodie Foster). Witness him flirting with her (a wink and a smile) as he rummages through her "questionnaire"!

In a few Halloweens doesn't it appear that the Shape's mask is cracking a little bit of a smile? I know in most of the Halloweens they actually used different masks during particular sequences as well, did anyone notice the Shape kind of smiling in Halloween: the Curse of Michael Myers when he is about to electrocute John Strode?! Or am I going to nuts, it looked kind of like a grin on his mask, lol!

As for creepiest villian smile: Dr. Lecter in Silence of the Lambs and Hannibal. Candyman also has a demented and creepy smile imo.

I'll go with Pennywise. But in some deleted footage of Phantasm I and II we see the Tall Man smile and he doesn't make me feel real comfortable either.

yeah, i always thought that too. it seems to change. i think our imagination makes up the emotion for him. like when hes chasing someone, he seems pure evil and angry. but like in some other scenes, like when hes looking at his victims, he looks likes hes conveying other emotions.
