In Halloween 6 why was Michael Myers after the Strodes living in the Myers House? Since the Strodes are technically not his relatives(Laurie's adopted family)why did he bother killing the family members?

He killed them because they were living in his house.

They were all assholes. Well, except for Kara, which is why he let her survive. After he made her piss her pants.

SPOILER FOR H6***
The mom(Debra) wasnt an asshole. I kinda hoped she lived, even though I knew she was gonna die.
I was glad to see the dad(John) get electrocuted and his head blew up...alcholic, abusive bastard.

I just watched part 6 this morning. (I rented it.)
I thought it was okay. But yeah I gotta agree seeing the Mom get whacked was pretty jacked up.Oh and as far as motive is concerned: Micheal just wants to kill everyone in his bloodline. It's that simple.

According to Michael, anyone living inside his house IS his family. And about Debra, yeah it was a little sad when she kicked the bucket, BUT HEY! It's the only time we've ever seen our boy Michael use and axe! And here's a question, when Debra pulls the sheet aside and sees Michael, I always thought she said, "Oh my God!" but my friends say that she says, "Oh Michael!" And after watching it it sounds like it could be both. What exactly does she say?

Ive always thought she said, "Oh, Michael" because she just heard Loomis talking about him.

Moving to General Horror.
Questions about specific aspects of a movie, such as a charachters motivation, belonhg in General.

It was because Michael is a little kin to the Strodes they are his step cousins so he kills them and also because they are living in his home. And it really pisses him off too.
