MEGASUPERSPOILERSFORDAYOFTHEDEAD!!!!!!!

well, its basically a sequal to dawn.. Presumably there aren't very many people left on earth. Zombies are pretty much kicking major ass all over the place.

The movie takes place in an underground bunker that hasn't been used in ages. Basically, its your army men, a pilot, doctors, the token girl, and her beau.

People start to take sides, there are some Brutal fights between the groups, and shit gets nasty.

THE END!

Well, we're not gonna tell you because you need to get up and rent this puppy!

Actually I rented Creepshow 2 which featured a trailer for Creepshow 2 that showed a bunch of scenes from NOTLD and Day as well as Creepshow with the HALLOWEEN II theme playing in the background. wierdest trailer I've ever seen.

This movie has some of the best gore of the series in my opinion. Definetly the lesser of the three Romero dead movies but definetly worth a rent, or a buy.

HalloweenShape31 & Madman Marz I would really rent or buy this movie if I could, but where I live in Southern California there if no place to buy it or rent it, hell I've had a really hard time getting Dawn & Night.

So if you could please just give me some more details at least I'll be a happy camper! http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Day is definitely not up to the level of the other two Dead films, but it's still one of the greatest horror films ever made. For all the rest of you Romero heads out there, here's a funky bit of trivia. The colonel in Day has a small role in Dawn, but only if you get the Director's cut of Dawn. Near the beggining, when the four main characters meet up at the docks, that actor is the one who says "we caught them trying to steal company gasoline". Watch closely.

Anyways, I just wanted to blow off some steam about the god-damned Resident Evil movie. If you've seen it, I'm sorry about that ninety-minutes of your life that you'll never get back. If you haven't seen it, don't! See Dawn of the Dead again instead. Paul Anderson (director of Resident Evil) is a plagiarizing dickhead without a whiff of talent, and deserves to be dipped balls first into a vat of boiling oil, then have his eylids cut off and be thrown into an elevator full of hungry zombies.

I personally found Day to be the best of the trilogy but I guess I stand alone on that one. I thought the opening sequence was extremely creepy and the interaction between the living and the dead is more prevelant in this film. The elevator scene alone which was recreated in Resident evil but with a train is possibly one of the best death's in cinema history. Anyways well worth a look but I wouldn't run out and buy a copy off ebay being long out of print on DVD and very rare. In the special on Encore last night George remarked Day is the favorite of his films. Hopefully with the resurrgance of the Undead he'll get Dead Reckoning financed.

in this one Savini's FX were AMAZING. also the mood and atmosphere was the inspiration for the RE games. it is a MUST SEE for all horror fans.

I also saw Day for the first time last night...and I loved it. I was really into it throughout the whole movie. I also thought all the gore was great too, nothing really looked bad. And its pretty scary to think about having basically no place to run if those zombies get down there.
Oh and my sister (who is afraid of clowns) basically freaked out when they showed the zombie clown near the end...and I gotta admit he was freaky.

Something I dont get was that alligator just hanging out with the zombies in the city.
That and why they didnt try to eat the gator....they ate bugs and animals in NOTLD.

Maybe they learned the hard way. haha
