Hey all,

Just looking through your forum and am very impressed with your opinions and such...

But I can't help but wonder why you hardly ever post on General Movie Talk, Best/Worst/Fave's, etc.

Is it cos u are only interested in horror or do you just not care to comment on other genres?? Whatever the reason, I hope to hear from you.

Personally, the only non-horror forums I'll glance at are TV, Site Suggestions/Questions, and Video Reviews. Basically, I don't visit the General Movie Forum for the same reason that you don't frequent the horror forums. I'm just not interested. It's as simple as that. And I do think that more "Arrowheads" post outside of these boundaries than you give credit.

I just made my first and only RARE cameo appearance on your forum boards (general Movie Talk) so check it out.

So what WERE you gonna be when you grew up??? http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif

lol, I posted the exact same thread over there a few months ago...

hmm... I do post SOMETIMES, cause pretty much anything goes over there, which makes for some really fun times..

Other than that I'm just wayy more passionate about the horror genre..

Anyone notice how damn busy the general movie forum is!? Everytime i look there every last thread i posted at is like in the 3rd page or so, i like the steady pace of the general horror board a bit better because you can catch up with current topics easier, ya know?

I post in most of the forums, some more than others though. The horror ones are always good for padding your post count because they're so active. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif

If I see a post that interests me ,I will post on it,but if it is about a movie that I really, really hate,I wont, because I dont want an incident to happen.

lol Sam Hain, I have never went outside the bounds of ''home'' as It were.. Perhaps I should, the last thing we want is a dichotomy of schmoes.

Hello CheekyShepherd mate! Howz it goin?
Like the others said the pace is a lot easier to deal with coz the other boards move too fast so interesting discussions get lost too quickly.
And besides that I'm not really all that interested in non-horror stuff, as you know.
Looking fwd to Matrix 2 tho so maybe I'll stray over there for that.

Well, I have now ''tested the Waters'' so to speak, It seems like a pretty decent place over there, but I prefer to converse about non conventional horror films http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif.

Still nice to hear from you Cheeky.

Hi CHEEKY
I think you know who I am as for your argument fair enougth you do have to venture out once in a while.
To be honest horror one of the main reason that I am into film.
I became sick of hollywood a long time ago so stuck my heels in over here at the horror section.
Yes hollywood do make horror films but the reason that I can bear many of them (well a few of them) is because they about a genre that I am facinated with.
Anyway a lot of the non-horror forums contian people who seem to try and get one over on each other the kind of superiority complex that we can all do with out.
However CHEEKY I know you have a different view of hollywood than I so keep fighting the fight.

Is it just me, or are those "regular" boards too bright, and happy. Hurts my eyes, makes em bleed. Make brain hurt. sleepy. itchy.

I got a sweet deal on a season pass to the Schmoeville monorail, so I'm always cruising all over the place... and probably much quicker than any of you! I mean, these bastards fuh-lie!!! Anyone up for a race to the TV Forum? I'll race anyone, to any forum, at anytime!

For you schmoes who are bothered by Joblo's background, try wearing shades.Or do what I have begun doing, adjust the brightness of your screen.
