Yeah, overall it won't be a Royal Tenenbaums, or maybe even a Austin Powers, but come on -- no good?

I might have checked this out on video, but that was before the studio decided to put a shill on these boards saying stuff like, "gee guys, I just heard that this really funny movie is coming out...here's the web site (blah blah blah). Thank god JoBlo picked up on it. I hate shit like that, and I will boycott this movie like you wouldn't believe.

I'd rather sit through "Hope Floats" than watch this piece of shit.

I really liked Foolish. Eddie Griffith is my favorite stand-up comedian. He played at the USF special event center, and had the auditorium balling with laughter. Later we saw him out, and the guy is chill as hell, and totally approachable. A friend of mine talked to him, and praised him for his show (Malcom and Eddie). She had Eddie mania for a couple months after that, and actually wrote the network telling them how much she loved the show.


Now, I'll admit, this doesn't look like another Tenenbaums, but I can't get anything but fun vibes from the previews.


And I don't see the point of boycotting the movie because of studio plants, because you probably don't even know what other movies this studio is putting out. Besides, other studios do much ruder things than what that dude did. cough*Lucasfilm*cough
