Yeah, this was part of a contest FANGORIA had way back in '83 or '84; they invited readers to send in their own comic strip renditions of the "big battle". In fact, I started sketching my own version when the contest was announced, but never got around to finishing it. My 11 year old ass was real excited at the prospect, though.

Freddy wasn't around at this point, so it was just Myers VS Voorhees VS Leatherface. Anyway, it was up to the artist to decide who would win, and this guy was obviously in the know. Hey, if the Shape has to get taken down at the end, at least it's at the tentacles of another Carpenter creation...Imagine how fucking odd the Thing is gonna be after ingesting Myers...

By the way, There's a whole page (#3) missing from the original strip, where Myers recovers from his wounds and lops Jason's head off. Here we just see the end result; Where's the page, man?
