I'll start, A guy has a large bloody umbilical cord that can kill people, he uses it to fight crime. Its purple and oozes acid. It also rumbles when theres danger. It makes him crazy so he lives on the streets fighting crime(goring criminals), ends up dicovering things about his past with the help of his retarded nice, and saves city hall from terrorists at the end. I think thats even too stupid for a Troma film. Funny though, my friend, and creative.

Set in the future, an imprisoned serial killer injects himself with an experimental solution of black market nano-robots encoded to rebuild him on a cellular level into an almost indistructable demonic entity capable of rapidly replacing damaged tissue. He escapes from prison with the intention of hunting down and killing the cop who put him away. The resultant movie would be a genre trashing sci-fi/action/horror hybrid with CGI being used to create the futuristic cityscapes and good old latex being utilised to render the inevitable mayhem of the killers rampage.
