DRIVEN was pretty much exactly where I though it would be, I knew it would be the number one movie and I figured it would make around 12 or 13 million... TOWN AND COUNTRY, THE FORSAKEN, and ONE NIGHT AT McCOOLS all opened lower than I expected... I didn't think any of them would be a hit but I thought they'd do a little better than they did... I had predicted around 7 million for THE FORSAKEN but then this weekend I thought about it and changed my mind and figured it would make around 5 million, but it did worse... I was think ONE NIGHT AT McCOOLS would make around 6 million, but it didn't even make half that... And I thought TOWN AND COUNTRY would make around 8 million, and it opened way lower... Only one hit opened this weekend and that's DRIVEN... But I know next weekend it won't be #1 again, that spot will belong to THE MUMMY RETURNS, which I think just might have a bigger opening than the first one, it's quite possible... Man do I feel bad for the creators of TOWN AND COUNTRY, they lost a lot of money on it, it had an 80 Million budget and it might not even gross 10 million... Oh well, it's not my problem...
