Re-animator DVD Question?

I'm going to buy this DVD either way, but can anyone tell me if the millenium edition is the shorter unrated version, or the longer R-rated version? I hope it's the unrated one, but I am just curious.

SHORTER UN-RATED is included, but you can access the bits in the longer scenes through DELETED SCENES.

These people actually cared about how the DVD looked, and the content, so they wouldn't stiff you on the gore factor.
