What is your guys favorite death scenes of all time? Talking about murder.

What is your guys favorite death scenes of all time, this means the scary, cool and the realistic ones.
Mine...hmmmm.....?
1. Beginning of the original "Scream" where those two kids got gutted, that was just so gory and realistic.
2. The part in "Urban Legends" where that girl gets hacked up in that college radio station.
3. The girl at the beginning of "Urban Legends 2: Final Cut" who got her liver cut out and then decapitated.
4. The part where Helen's sister, Elsa, gets slashes and the blood gets all over the door in "I Know What You Did Last Summer."
5. I loved when Micheal walks up behind that nurse lady and picks her up just to slam her skull on that spike on the wall at the beginning of "Halloween 6: The Curse of Micheal Myers."
6. Remember that kill on "Scream 3" about that girl behind the mirrors and the killer stabs her too death and Duey shoots out the glass to see what the matter was? That was freaky.
7. "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer" with the scene on that guy getting the hook slammed through his jaw and dragged out the window of the car.
8. "House on Haunted Hill." Yeah that one I loved especially with that girl with the camera and she sees that demon and it kills, that still gives me chills.
There are plenty more but don't feel like keying them in.

When it comes to just horrendous and vile murder then I would defenitly have to go with the wooden splinter in the eye in "Zombi" because I still cannot watch that without flinching. MAN that would hurt.

Freakiest killing would have to be the first kill in "Jaws". It's been shown and made fun of death, but I may never go swimming at night again.

The character of Beth being bloodily dragged up the wall and across the ceiling by an invisible Freddy in A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Also, Captain Blake decapitating Hal Holbrook in the final scene of The Fog. Granted, you don't actually get to see it, but it's done so well you don't need to.

oooh i like the one in 'Shallow Grave' (Not strictly horror, but scary enough!!) when he sticks the knife in the back of the guys neck then drops him down the flight of stairs. painful.

Not strictly a murder- but when the girl walks out in front of the bus in Final Destination, that makes me jump every time i see it!!!

Yeah, that girl who gets sliced up and dragged across the ceiling in "A Nightmare on Elm Street" and whole lot of others you guys mentioned. I also like that part in "The Bride of Chucky" where they launch them nails into that cops face, looked totally awesome and then later he gets back up and Chucky finishes him off.

The film wasn't my favorite, but "Creepshow" had a number of excellent kills: Ed Harris getting crushed by the tombstone, the one lady's head getting twisted around "Exorcist" style, Jordy Verill shooting himself, anyone killed by the crate monster, and the creepiest death of all, all the bugs bursting out of E.G. Marshall's body. Eww...

You're right. That last part of THE FOG was one of the best endings of a horror movie ever! The killings with the dudes on the boat was scary too.

Snert, that would have to be my favorite over all death of all time, it's just so scary though, some girl takes a drink and wakes up in some creepy house where the killer is probably gonna eat her kidney for all I know, he was doing something, and she notices her kidney missing and she tries to escape but her pulls her back and breaks the window making a home made guillotine.

I think the best was from The Lost Boys. You know the scene. It's the one when the vampire dies in the bathtub and all that blood starts shooting out of all the faucets and drains. It was just unsettling.

OOH OOH OOH! And the other one in THE LOST BOYS where COREY HAIM shoots that arrow at the dude, and it goes all silent, you think he's dead! But he gets back up and says "You missed sucker!" and COREY says something like "Only once pal!" and shoots him in the heart and he flies into the stereo and it's playing and he's getting electrocuted and shit! And he explodes!!!! "DEATH BY STEREO!"

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say the death of the girl Melissa in Friday the 13th Pt.7. She gets her head spit right down the middle with an ax then Jason takes her by her hair and thows her like a rag doll across the room and she smashes and knocks over a TV set. Cool.

This is a TOUGH one, but I remember in HANNIBAL when Hopkins trick's Gary Oldman's assistant into throwing him into a pit full of wild man eating hogs. What a way to go. I laughed until I cried. Best death EVER!
