I think The Cryptkeeper has the best horror scream of the all. Just the way he does his, "Ahhh Ha ha ha ha ha" makes me laugh but also kinda creeps me out.

Reggie the reckless (SHAVAR ROSS in FRIDAY THE 13th PART 5):
Just as he and PAM come across the ambulance and find the dead guy, 'Jason' jumps out from behind, and Reggie screams like a girl for about 3 seconds and then does another 3 or 4 little girly screams before running off into the woods like the Maurice Green on speed!

THE CHARACTER OF MICHELLE IN THE SLASHER "THE BURNING", I THINK HAS THE BEST SCREAM. SHE SWIMS OVER TO THE RAFT, WHERE EVERYONE IS DEAD, AN ARM FALLS ON HER. SHE PULLS BACK AND THE ARM FALLS BACK WITH HER, WITHOUT THE REST OF THE BODY, AND SHE SCREAMS.
JAMIE LEE CURTIS, IN TERROR TRAIN, WHEN SHE IS LOCKED IN THE OFFICE COMPARTMENT.
FINALLY, THE SCREAM FROM AMY STEEL IN APRIL FOOLS DAY, WHEN SHE SEES THE DEAD BODY IN THE WATER, UNDERNEATH HER.....
