Michael Myer vs. Leatherface (good one?)

Ok so who you think would win? i think michael myer would win cause he is like a ninja, waiting for his victim to come close (or sometimes) just like in the game Metal Gear
Now leatherface in the other hand chase his gay victimes. Hes like Rambo. just like in the game spyphon filter.
Seriously, michael and leatherface look alike But who would actually win? 1on1?

I'm willing to forget the fact that these hypothetical "serial killer vs serial killer" bouts are ridiculous, but I had to address this one.

Actually, both of these murderers are very similar. Now keep in mind that I form my decisions based on the original films, not the overblown, tired sequel incarnations. I would much rather trust the original writer/director's vision of a character than the interpretation given by some hack screenwriter assigned to write the follow up.

HALLOWEEN clearly established that Michael was crazy. Why else would he be in a mental institution? John Carpenter is on record in describing HALLOWEEN as being "....about a guy who escaped from an institution who was crazy". This was before the nonsense of HALLOWEEN 2's subplot, so I like to think the thought was genuine.

TCM also portrayed Leatherface as being homicidal, brutal, but in the words of Gunnar Hansen, "He's a real freak, a retarded maniac."

Both are human, both are crazy. Leatherface is a brute to begin with, and Michael has above average strength due in part to his psychosis (it is common for violently insane killers to possess superior strength). In any confrontation, it would come down to the choice of weapon. Since a chainsaw is a bit more over the top than a butcher knife, I would have to give the edge to Leatherface.

Leatherface would hand Michael's ass to him....

I just don't see why Leatherface is so popular...Michael Myers is definitely the more real and defined one of the two...I have to admit that the first chainsaw was really scary, but come on...Michael has so much more going on.

Far as I know, Leatherface is human, while Myers on the other hand, is definately not. Michael could just be super patient, and wait for Leatherface to fall asleep, then strangle him. And that's the end of that chapter...

I would root for leatherface but Michael would win because he is like alot harder kill. In the movie he got shot up and fell of the second story pourch and got up and walked a away like nothing. So it would be cool to see the fight but michael would win.
