Out of the films listed that I've seen, I would have to say that Ed Harley from Pumpkinhead is my favorite Henriksen role.

Lance was good as both Bishop in aliens (and his remains in Alien 3) and as Frank Black in Millenium, which should have lasted longer, i feel.

Hey hey hey...are you forgetting about his role in NEAR DARK? My favorite roles he has been in is NEAR DARK, PUMPKINHEAD, and ALIENS. I too felt MILLENIUM should have lasted longer.

Lance is one of my favorite actors. His face and voice is haunting and almost eerie.

Lance's performance in Near Dark was excellent and he really showed how evil vampires can be. He is one of the most under rated horror genre actors. I'd put him in the same catagory as Lee and Cushing for thier contributions to horror.

Great topic COUNT CHOCULA! Although I'm a Bishop fan, I'm going with Henriksen's Frank Black character in the underrated Fox TV series MILLENNIUM. Black was a former "agency operative" investigating paranormal goings-on (much like THE X FILES) in the Northwest. He was a loyal husband to his much-younger wife Catherine (Megan Gallagher), and an excellent father to his gifted daughter Jordan (Brittany Tiplady). Henriksen was focused and brooding as this complicated, intelligent character.

Bishop in Aliens, his character in Near Dark, and I actually found him amusing as that cop in The Terminator.

He's good in all his horror movie roles, even though the other cast members in some of the horror movies he was in couldn't offer anything good or the movie itself. But Lance is always good in his horror movie roles. Never lets us down.

he was great as a vampire in Near Dark, loved him in Pumpkinhead. Really good in Aliens as well.
