Didn't really know where to post this.
How many of you guys are into screenwriting? I ask because that is my main gig and I love to talk over scenes with people who know what they are talking about. It's kind of hard to ask my wife for advice about a scene when she could care less about movies. If you would want to throw ideas back and forth then either leave your e-mail address or just e-mail me.
Tony.Lawrence@mail.sprint.com --sorry, it's the only one I have.

I have written many screenplays(mostly crappy ones though. Probably around 9 total, I've lost many, though). I've been writing since I was 7. I'm 14 now. I mostly write short stories and books now.

What I'm looking to do is basically just throw around some of my scenes and ideas for a particular movie I'm writing. I'm just getting tired of writing the damn thing by myself and I want to see if my ideas are clear to an audience.

Crynot,
I'm fairly clued in on Screenwriting, being only rusty in some areas such as describing certain camera movements (which is not a good thing to have anyways because it's really the director's job). If any of you have questions, drop me a line at: darklight@starplace.com
Oh, and if you're serious about writing a script and selling it to make a neat packet, I'd get a decent screenwriting program such as MovieMaster. You just need to have a good imagination. The program will format your script to the correct type required by filmmakers and production companies. And if you're serious about this, do NOT make your script avalable in its entirity anywhere on the web! People will only buy your script if its good and fresh. If its availble on the web, they won't buy it off you because it might compromise their revenue (money making).
Hope this helps,
DL

U do not need AOL to use AIM you can download it somewhere (totally not sure b/c I have AOL and it doesn't matter). I've written (with help of friends, it was more of a group effort than one person) ONE whole script, amazing /ubb/smile.gif I have also made the first scene of a movie but the movie ended up being bad becuase of bad directing (sorry cow, I had to say that). But i would be glad to help...
