Cruel Intentions 2

has any one seen this movie yet. It was a straight to video/dvd. I just saw it and it certainly did not top the first one. It was an okay flick thought.

If you saw it what is your opinion?

I'm going to rent this movie this week. I was just going to post this topic but then I saw that you already did... I know it won't be as good as the original but I think it will be ok... I guess I'll find out... Anyway, it was originally a show called Manchester Prep that was supposed to be based on Cruel Intentions, and they decided not to air the show and just to change it to a movie and call it Cruel Intentions 2... And this is it... Anyway, it will be interesting to hear what other people have to say about it... You can also post your reviews under "Review the new movies this week and every week" over at the General Movie Chat board... While there you can also review this weeks other new movies including Almost Famous and The 6th Day... Have fun...

I saw this movie on friday, read my review at General Movie Talk under the topic,

I've seen all the important scenes (i.e.-booby scenes), and those were'nt that great, so I can't really see how the movie can be good. Half the reason I watched all of the first one was cause I kept waiting for Sarah Michelle Gellar to go topless. Oh well, the kissing scene did a fine job for me. Speaking of which, I gotta go to the restroom...yeah....

The 1st one was really good, but i mean a sequel is just asking for it!

This movie was good. But not in the same sense as the original. This movie is full or one liners and cliches, you have to laugh over how corny it is. I rented and the next day bought the DVD. It is a perverted comedy in disguise. I suggest rented or buying it.

Cruel Intentions 2 is very strange! Its weired not having Sarah Michelle Geller and u can't help feeling how cheap the film really is. It also almost like a remake of the first but clearly not- I don't get it!!! Its quite funny when this girl has an orgasm on a...oops I better not say! But its alright, I couldn't do better.

When I first saw the preview I was like WTF? It looked stupid because there was new people playing the characters. Some how Sebastion was still alive. They shouldn't of made this and just left it. "Cruel Intentions" is a good film"! /ubb/smile.gif

I saw it when it came on Cinemax back in March and i was very disappointed. It didn't have the same style and humor as the first and had some scenes it could have done without. If you liked the first one you should give this one a try but don't expect any laughs or tears.

Manchester Prep is a prequel to Cruel Intentions. It explains why Sebastian is the way he is in the first one. It certainly could have been better! Although the twins in the shower scene is a masterpiece!
