DENNIS FRANZ
1. Nathaniel Messenger in CITY OF ANGELS
2. Manny Karp in BLOW OUT
3. Det. Marino in DRESSED TO KILL
4. Rubin in BODY DOUBLE
5. Warren Toomey in PSYCHO II
Great character actor (and one of the best DePalma staples), although the scariest thing he’s probably done is flash his ass on “NYPD Blue”!

I didn't like him in Dressed to Kill, his character was so shallow. However, he made up for it by playing a B-movie director in Body Double.

I watch NYPD blue and yeah, that was the scariest thing he did.
I'll have to go with Dennis in Body Double.
Does anyone know that he was Knuckle candy in Popeye the movie! Now that was scary!
He was great in DRESSED TO KILL and BODY DOUBLE. He also had a small but memorable part in THE FURY.

I think the best role Dennis Franz ever had was when he portrayed HOMER SIMPSON in the tv movie HOMER S.: PORTRAIT OF AN ASS GRABBER on THE SIMPSONS. Okay so it wasn't really him but it was still damn funny. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.
