Resident Evil vs Silent Hill?Which is better?

Both game series are scary as hell,but I will take RE over SH.Even though it only has 2 games out (with a 3rd on the way)compared to RE 6 games

I believe that both game series are great but I liked the storyline and atmosphere more in Silent Hill games. It was alot deeper and meaningful than the resident evil games, to me anyways, and it is more psychologically unsettling and disturbing. Resident Evil has the better gameplay and graphics out of the two but it has more of a Boo scare vibe to it rather than scare you to the core and play with your mind throughtout. Silent Hill is like exploring HELL and finding out more about the character as you go along. The enimies also were pretty creepy, with the nurses and the little children. Well that is my opinion anyways and the serieses are really alot different from each other and might not even be comparable but SH games just leave me more satisfied at the end.

I love the Resident Evil games MUCH better than Silent Hill, BUT Silent hill's storylines are better, and would make a better movie.

Although I haven't played Silent Hill and I don't know what its about I imagine that it would be pretty hard for it to beat something as great as Resident Evil. Well thats all for now GOoD JOURNEY my fellow schmoes.
