UNFUNNY moments that made you LAUGH

i dont know whats wrong with me but i usually laugh through a horror movies. so instances are.......

when BEN slaps BARBRA across the face in NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD

(not horror but in the beginning of WE WERE SOLDIERS a person is shot in the neck and i couldn't stop laughing. everyone in the theater kept giving me dirty looks)

When Barbra discovers the stuffed animals in the creepy house and gets scared. I mean, she has recently been stalked by a zombie without looking remotly scared, and then almost breaks down when finding some dead animals. I laughed.

steve, there's nothing wrong with you. I do it also all the time. I laugh always when I see the scene with the ED-209 shooting the guy to pieces in the beginning of "Robocop" and I guess it wasn't meant to be funny.

And I also laugh when Ash gets transported to the past in the end of "Evil Dead 2" and when spinning (horizontally, not when the violin can be heard) he has the funniest look ever. In the Momentum's Evil Dead 2-DVD's commentary track, you can hear how also Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell and Robert Tapert laugh at that scene.

the only one i can really think of is a non horror one, in the warriors, Cyrus's "CAN YOU DIG IT?" cracks me up every time. still a great kick ass movie.

i also watch alot of old b rated scifi just to laugh at it.

i laugh at some overdubbed italian horror sometimes, burial ground and hell of the living dead really come to mind. sometimes i laugh at zombies too.

The airport scene in "Wishmaster" when the guy's mother signs the insurance form to make her son rich if she dies. Then we see the plane take off and BOOM! The plane just explodes! No rhyme or reason, just BOOM! I laughed so hard I started to make other people in the theatre laugh.

It's in Sleepaway Camp, when the boat crashes at the start, and the camera goes to the uncle's face and he just gasps "John."

The beginning of Wishmaster is hilarious! All those people turning into creatures and that one guy who gets turned into part of the wall. And there's one guy who especially makes me laugh-that snake guy, the way he slurs his s's..funny stuff.
Oh, Shocker is a funny movie too. The lead character (Jonathan?) is very funny because he can't act for shit and he's a very ugly man. Good times, good times.

Halloween: Resurrection is a funny movie, too. I can't believe I wasted my time sneaking into that piece of shit.

me and my friend were watching it and i was expecting a scary movie, but then she goes all crazy, and when she goes "lick me, lick me" i lost it for about ten minutes.


and also when you speak about laughing for ages in the theater when i saw not another teen movie and that guy tries to start a clap, i honestly laughed non stop for about 15-20 minutes and the place was packed but nobody cared. and then it happened again so it all started again.

In Evil Dead(1 or 2 I can't remember) when the chick gets raped by the tree. I just couldn't help but laugh I know the subject is not funny at all but by a tree I had to chuckle. And in American Psycho when Bateman says to the chick "Why aren't you eating her ---!" I burst out laughing!

What makes this even sweeter is that when I saw it all the ladies in the theatre were crying like sissy girls who had just skinned their knee and I was rolling in the aisle in hysterics. I mean, how can you possibly cry over Macauley Culkin buying it??? Did any of these women watch Home Alone???

i laugh all the time during movies, especially during scenes that i think are really cool. especially kill scenes in horror movies and such. u guys mentioned American Psycho a few times, well i laughed my ass off the whole movie. It was just insane! I love when he kills Jared Leto while simultaneously giving a verbal review of Huey Lewis and the News's "Hip to Be Square". and..."I can't believe he likes Paul Allen's card better than mine." LOL. That movie is freakin' hilarious. Another example would be in Hannibal where Ray Liotta is getting fed his own brain. LOL. That's funny shit.

i guess its just my reaction to really cool things. i am the same way with music...i am a drummer, and when i listen to my favorite bands or hear new music that has really cool riffs and writing that i really like, i usually laugh. it's just my natural reaction because i dig it so much. oh well.

I died laughing in Friday the 13th (whichever part I forget), when the guy and girl are having sex in the motor home and and Jason is sitting there watching the motor home bouncing back and forth with his head cocked

I also laughed pretty hard during the brain eating scene of Hannibal because he is calming frying Ray Liotta's brain while his character is talking to Clarice

And that stupid chainsaw dance at the end of Texas Chainsaw Massacre gets me everytime still

Anytime I see some human cannon fodder get dispatched of in a Jason flick I usually laugh. Jason X was my first foray into actually watching a Friday the 13th flick in the theater. I laughed so hard when he broke that guy over his knee I thought I was going to piss myself.

The elongated neck snap was another laugh-riot. God I love the sound of bones crunching!

1. When the Paul McCrane character drives his van into the tank of toxic waste in Robocop. He stumbles out and starts melting like cheese in a microwave.

2. (Iffy in the genre) The whole scene with the boiling bunny in
Fatal Attraction. Obvious from @ 5 miles away. It just looked so forlorn and silly, boiling away with it's ears flopping down like that...

3. I like it when something verbally funny comes out an an unexpected time. The scene near the end of The Silence of the Lambs, where Starling is talking to Jame Gumb in his house, asking him questions about that one girl. She's looking around semi-nervously, looking for escape routes and he looks at her, with that weird squint and comes out with "Was she, like, a great big fat person?" in that voice that is just unmistakably Ted Levine...you've just got to laugh at the incongruity of it all.

(Has anybody ever heard Seth Green do Ted's voice? It's dead-on! Just LOL hilarious.)

In Army of Darkness when Ash fights the first zombie in the pit. It was just doing really odd things I wouldn't expect typical zombies to do (punching Ash, doing cartwheels, kneeing Ash in the balls, etc...)

Well, I've heard of Redneck Zombies from my bro, but have not yet seen it..... I laughed most in the part of American Psycho when Paul Allen asks him if that's a raincoat and Patrick kinda creepily cheerily says "Yes it is!" then soon gives him the axe....
Then of course, there's the part in the first Friday the 13th when the last camp counselor chick alive is making tea, she takes out two cups and my friend says "Aw, how sweet! She's making tea for the killer!" cracked up laughin'....
the other movie that had some perfectly good laughing scenes was Ravenous. The best laughable parts were the "invisioned" killing of David Arquette's character and the actual death....then the part where Ives says "It lonely being a cannibal."....also the part at the end where the general tries the "stew" and likes it rather much....
