HALLOWEEN 2 SPOILERS
The only death that really gives me the hooboo-jeebies is the needle to the side of the head in Halloween 2.

The eyeball impalement in Zombie. I'm all right with it up until the point where the splinter starts to break and it pulls on the outside of her eye. That's when I look away...

Pretty much any autopsy scene. I don't know why but I hate watching autopsy scenes. To me, ER is more disturbing than TCM.
And when I was younger, the second Candyman I basically looking away from the whole thing. It wasn't even really gory, I was just a little guy tho.

I have trouble with the drilling stuff in THE DENTIST movies. And, in SERIES 7, there's a brutal beating with a cane that messes me up.

anything involving a needle...Candyman, ANOESIII, The Dead pit, I'm sure it happened once or twice in Hellraiser II, Nightlife..
I have no problem getting a needle, but for some reason when there's some sort of shot being administered in a horror flick I HAVE to look away..

The crucifix scene in the Exorcist. Ouch... Before that scene you can hear the demon shouting; "Do iiiit!" and the girl shouting; "No! Please no!" SCAAAARY!!!

Anything that has to do with animals. I remember when I watched Jurassic Park and the part when they put the cow in the raptor tank and the sheep for the T-Rex even though they didn't show anything I just couldn't listen to the noise.

The big knife through the throat-and-up-through-the-mouth scene in "Opera". The way the guy keeps screaming and squirming is just disturbing.
Also, the several pulled apart scenes in "Day of the Dead" got me mucholy.

-The knife throught he hand scene in BLADE IN THE DARK.
-The whole axe scene in TENEBRE.
-The whole end scene where the person in the red rain coat is revealed (not even gory but it's scary as HELL).
-Finger Chopping in THE BURNING.
-Arrow stabbing through the bed in FRIDAY THE 13TH.
-The spider scene (I absolutly hate them) in THE BEYOND.
and finally the worst of all...
-The chain beating of the the supposed witch in Fulci's DON'T TORTURE A DUCKLING.

UGH Steve I HATE that scene! I used to fly alot, but after I saw that scene in Final Destination, I refused to ever fly again, and I haven't...and I won't!
I always look away during that scene in Dawn of the Dead when they are tearing that guy apart and they grab his vocal cords and he's screaming as they pull them out and his pitch gets higher and higher..ACK!!!

Anything with cockroaches. I am more afraid of them than anything in this world. I have to fast forward through the segment in Creepshow. And you can just forget about me watching The Nest!
Also, when the sloth victim "wakes up" in Seven. I don't know why, but that scene just bothers me!
