Best/Worst ripped out heart/stabbed in the heart scenes!

Let's see, what are some of the best and worst scenes where a heart is ripped out or there is a pretty brutal scene of something bad happening to a heart? Here we go:

The Best:

-Jason punching Tommy's friend in the chest and leaving a huge hole in Jason Lives
-Wishmaster 3 when the chick's heart explodes
-Dr. Giggles' opening scene where the scalpel stabs into the heart. Great scene!
-The cut out, after the fact hearts in "My Bloody Valentine"
The worst:
-That dude eating Jason's heart in Jason goes to Hell
-In SIlent Night Deadly Night 5 this chick gets shot in the chest by a toy tank, has a HUGE FRIGGIN' HOLE in her chest and then gts up and runs around. (To quote Stone Cold: WHAT?!?)
-The paitents in the waiting room in Dr. Giggles who have their hearts cut out. They look so fake! Wouldn't there be blood pouring out of the holes?
-When my ex fiancee ripped my heart out and played hackey sack with it before kicking it against the wall and breaking it into a billion pieces when she dumped me a few years ago

All I can think of right now, how about the rest of you?

In Bride of Re-Animator where the bride rips out her (Meg's) heart and holds it up after she can't have Dan.
In Suspiria opening scene it shows a closeup of her beating heart being stabbed. That scene is hard for me to watch.
In Hellraiser Bloodline when Valentina Vargas rips out her masters heart after he refuses to obey her.

Ok. You are all wrong. The best ripped out AND stabbed in the heart scene award belongs to From Dusk Till Dawn. The scene where Fred Williamson's Nam vet rips the heart out of that stocky-assed motherfucker only for the vampire fuck to keep walking while his heart continues to beat in Williamson's hand only for Tom Savini to stab it with a pencil causing vamp-boy to dissolve into a puddle of body fluids. Cool and funny.
