Same here, I was not a fan of the first one at all, but I laughed quite a bit at the preview when I saw it before Reign of Fire.

i saw this before halloween:resurrection and think it looks as bad as the first.

I thought Shanghai Noon was one of the most underrated films of 2000. It was a pretty good flick, but unfortunately, it went overlooked by the mainstream crowds.

Anyway, I saw the trailer for Shanghal Knights during "Reign of Fire". The movie looks even better than the first. The trailer had me laughing at some scenes. Well, I hope this flick does much better than it's predecessor.

well im actually changing my opinion,i just watched Shanghai Noon on the action channel (the credits are on now) and i must say i did enjoy it,and think its pretty entertaining...i never bothered to rent it cause it looked bad,but after watching it i liked it alot...now im actually saying bring on shanghai knights...wow this is weird.

yeah i will also,but its not the type of movie to spend alot of money on to see on the big screen,something i'd wait and rent.
