hehe I thought this film is not as good as the first one.... I mean the fart jokes really got on my nerves this time... Even though it does have some very funny moments, it has a lot of over-using repetitive irritating jokes.... My Rating: C+

IMHO, this movie was terrible. The gags weren't all that funny, the dialogue was indiscernible, and the story... just not as entertaining as the first Nutty Professor. But I have to respect Murphy's performance with his many different characters. Other than that, save the money to buy the soundtrack instead, which is sure to be better than the movie, especially with Janet Jackson's song, "Doesn't Really Matter."

I also wondered when you saw the movie, Pinchadiscos. I was on late last night (early morning technically), and saw your post! Did you get an advance screening?

Well sorta... I have this good friend of mine and he works at Caprice (The small local movie theatre)

He told me that when the headquarter sends them the movie, it's in four sections, and they have to put them together into one complete roll of film on Thursdays (i don't understand exactly how it works, but oh well), and on Thursday nights, they have to check to see if there are any problems (in other words, they get to see all the movies there for free)... i was invited so.. hehe... it's always great to have friends to work at the theatre, eh?

That's exactly why I wanna work at a movie theater. I have to rip tickets, or work the concession stand or be in the box office. That's nothing! Plus, I get free movies, and I'm getting payed!

sorry i posted that two times. my computer's screwed up. /ubb/smile.gif oh yeah. i also saw nutty prof.2 and it was pretty good. it was really funny. I liked when they all went to the resturaunt, and when they were sitting around the table, that was so funny and it reminded me of my disfunctional family!

I also thought this movie was great. It didnt dissapoint me like Me, Myself, and Irene in the comedy department. Better than the first one I thought. Grandma Klump was the best. But I thought Sherman was better in this movie. I mean he had better lines.

The special FX when buddy's hand comes up from the puddle of muk is so cool. It reminded me of hollowman. I thouhgt the whole thing where sherman extracted the dna of buddy from his was really dumb, but it was just trying to make a story, but not nesscarily a GOOD one. Grandma Clump was funny in the begining, but she started to wear off about the time where she calls the male stripper. I also really liked it when Sherman got stupid. /ubb/smile.gif
