I have been a fan of this show back when the host was British. Then the new one's came out about 4 years ago and the first episode of it had me in tears.

I only like the British version, I hate how Drew Carrey forces himself into every show, Also I don't find the comedians (other than Colin and Ryan) very funny on the American version.
Some of my best laugh out loud moments have come from this show....

Colin and Ryan are excellent together. It amazes me how they can think of such funny stuff off the top of their heads but the other guys they have on (guys meaning Kathy Greenwood too) are just as good at times. Some of the best bits are when something either goes wrong or they start laughing at their own stuff.
I do agree about Drew Carey, he offers nothing to the improv bits and should just stay behind the desk.

Yeah Colin and Ryan are amazing
But Wayne Brady does blow everyone else out of the water with how good he is at making up songs. And that Brad guy isn't to entertaining

"Whose Line" is simply one of the funniest programs on TV. Even when it's not all that great, it's still pretty funny, but on occasion, comedic gold turns up in the show. Just look at any game of "Sound Effects" (when two audience members provide the sound effects for Colin and Ryan). Quacking elephants...hehe...

The british version sucks! I'm sorry, but I have not once laughed at that one. Drew Carey is stupid, but at least he tries (and he is sometimes funny). Anyway, I love the American version, it is hilarious! I agree with you guys that say Ryan and Colin are funny because they are absolutely hilarious! Unlike some of you though, I find Wayne equally funny. This show rocks!

I love the show except for Waynes singing. He is a funny guy, but he sings way to much and his songs are pretty damn annoying sometimes. The only time I can stand him singing is if it's during "A Scene to Rap". Otherwise I change the channel until he's done.

I love this show! Colin and Ryan are the funniest part.
I like the American Version more than the English, because I first saw the show when Drew Carrey was the host. I also don't get English humor as much as I do American (I think it might have something to do with me being American, I'm not sure...just kidding). I do, sometimes, get a good laugh from the English one.
My favorite sketch is the one where they put Colin in front of the green screen and he has to guess what's going on behind him. It's so funny.
I don't catch this show much, but I did get to see last night's and it was a relief to get to laugh at them make total fools of themselves.

Do you think that they actually do improvise their work? I find it a little bit hard to believe. Either way, its a very funny show. What do you guys think? Is it fixed?

Hmm..interesting question...to me it seems pretty obvious they are doing improv, but only cuz I've had the chance to see some improv live and kinda catch the little 'signs'...but hey it could be a bit rehearsed I suppose....maybe a little of both....still funny tho.
I can't stand that Wayne guy many seem to like so much (if it's the black dude)I find him terribly unfunny and dull.
I don't even watch the American one anymore, unless I catch it when Ryan and Colin are doing something...I catch the Brit one on Comedy Central as much as I can...still the best.

Very true...I laughed my arse off when Colin was put in front of the screen, and what they showed were bits he did on "Whose Line." Colin's dinosaur attacking Colin...hilarious stuff! http://www.joblo.com/ubb/smile.gif

I don't always get Brit humor much either.

The game with Colin and the green screen is called "Newsflash". I like it. I also like the game "Props", and "World's Worst".

I like the British ones, but still love both of them. Props and World's Worst are among my favorites

I could watch either version and laugh my ass off. I especially love it when the comedians make blatant jabs at the host.

I watch it everyday, at least once. I only like it when Colin and Ryan are on, so I hate some of the British ones when neither of them are on there. Also some of the jokes on the British ones are jokes only people who live over there would get, so obviously some of those go over my head.
I also hate it on the new ones, when they sing, I usually turn it off when they sing. Unless Colin and Ryan are doing the announcer stuff between the songs. I just don't find it very possible for a song to be funny.
My favorite game is questionable impressions, which is the Questions only game only they have to do a different impression everytime. It's really funny because they all suck at impressions. So they laugh at themselves alot.
So I like the old ones because they didn't sing so much, but like the new ones because they are funnier overall to me. Plus I think Drew Carey is pretty funny most of the time.
