I agree with The Other, I think the funniest show ever on TV was Roseanne. It truely showed the most truthful, blue-collar American family ever aired.

But I think the funniest shows on TV now are The King of Queens and if late night counts, Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

Everybody Loves Raymond. I've only seen like 4 or 5 episodes, but there always seems to be a moment where the joke is just so damn good the audience laughs for about a minute and the performers just look at each other, trying not to laugh.
