I'm not really up to speed on the kids shows of today, because I don't have any. One I remember from my youth however is a show that aired around Christmas time every year. I think Jim Henson created this, it was called "Emmett Otter's Jugband Christmas" anyone remember this. My sister in law hated it and I made her watch it with me every year. In fact it ran last year on Bravo and I watched it. It's a classic.

does anybody here (probabaly on the brits) remember "trap door" from the 80's? great show.
i used to love sesame street and anything made by the bbc, like postman pat and fireman sam.
These days its all gone wrong with the BBC showing american cartoons all the time (nothing wrong with them but they will never beat british classics like pigeon street and puddle lane)

i will apologise on behalf of the BBC for teletubbies...they are like a drug and are just too addictive. and the tweenies...they just suck.

OH i just remembered i bought Count Duckula on DVD hehehee thats a great show that should be re-run...do you remember BARBAR the elephant? and around the world in 80 days?? wow i should stop remebering all these programs, it has made me all nostalgic of better days......last week...anyway thats enough from me

Birk! Feed me! lol I loved that programme. I used to have the computer game too. Anyway if you want
nostalgia how about...Super Ted!
That show was awesome http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
I also believe that no kid should be brought up without Thomas The Tank Engine. That is just crucial in development, not any of this Telly Tubbie crap! :P

At the minute I think the best kids show is Dexters Laboratory..although it shouldn't be classed as a kids show IMO, it's just too funny! http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
