If you cought Leno last night, then you probablly already know that she is trying to break out of that whole tough girl role. That's why she chose Blue Crush, she didn't have to kick anybodys ass. I don't think she is going to stop taking roles as a "pissed off" chick, but you might see a lighter side come out in future projects.

it's not really the "pissed off chick" typecasting, but of the "butch girl who wants to kick everyone's ass". But she's made it well-known she wants out of it, but it might be harder for her since she always looks extremely pissed off

Just like Clint Eastwood can only play a cowboy.
I mean, cmon, what a one-dimensional typecast loser.

Give her a break, she has barely gotten her feet wet in in the film making business. Now I'm no insider expert into the movie-making business, but I think it isn't such a bad idea to get your name out there. Now that she has some very successful movies under her belt, she should be able to go out and get the more dramatic roles she wants.

And ninja: If you are gonna spam, at least try to be positive. But hey, I've noticed that its really "hip" and "trendy" to bash Michelle Rodriguez on these forums, so why not.

What if you really don't like her? Or you really think she's ugly? Should you not be allowed to say that? I've noticed that it's become really "hip" and "trendy" to bash people that don't think like you.

why do I think she hot? Because I grow up in the Incite know lots of girls with her Personal and I am hispanic my Myself so Course she hot in my Option.

Not being rude, but that seems silly. I'm white, but I don't think all white girls are hot. My girlfriend's Mexican. By your rationale, I should think Rosie O'Donnell is hot. EEEEEEEEWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! I think there are hot girls of every race.

If I'm gonna "spam" I'll spam with whatever disposition I choose. And even if it was "hip and trendy" to praise michelle rodrigues I still would've posted that. She's an unattractive bitch. I'm not about to write an essay on the subject.

Then post what you think, why you think so, and what made you think that way. I thought the TOS was pretty clear when it said

And I wasn't bashing, at all. Bashing is saying things like "god, she's ugly" when the thread isnt even about her looks, but instead her choice of roles.

Like I said, give her a chance everyone shes hardly done anything yet. She's just come into the acting business, shes new and here you are bashing on her looks. Give her a chance and she'll show us all how dramatic she can be.

I wanted to sock her in the face for being so annoying in the following movies...

The Fast and the Furious (6/10)
Resident Evil (7/10)
Blue Crush (8/10)

She is unattractive to me in the following movies...

Blue Crush
Resident Evil
Fast and the Furious, The
3 A.M.
Girlfight

These are the five movies she's been in. With that in mind, I think she should definately play a character that is not the moody, frumpy, stupid bitch, or just get out of Hollywood... Okay, that last line was too much. I do think she could pull off a sort of cuteness if she weren't frowning and squinting all the time, and I think she should pick a role where she doesn't say "tough girl" lines.
