Yes, superman can now move his fingers and toes. That is great news to me! I love this guy for not letting his physical ailment get in the way of him enjoying life.

I used to feel a lot of grief for what happened to him, but realized hey, I don't see this guy bitching or crying about it. I believe his attitude over the years is what has increased his progress. I believe doctors have said that he has always been ahead time wise in his progress. He accepted what happened (took it as a challenge really) and became a real life superman.

I was thrilled to hear this news, it's absolutely wonderful for him and his family and a pleasant surprise. He can also feel pins and needles and when someone touches him, which he couldn't do before. In the words of Mandy Patinkin, "Chris Reeve will be the father of spinal cord regeneration of our time."

I'm happy too, This is great news. He has persevered through it all and deserves to regain the use of his legs, I think his attitude has been very admirable.

I am very happy for him. He is a fighter and he will not give up. I look up to someone like that for sticking with the fight and not just sitting back and doing nothing. Especially when you are going to complain all the time and blame yourself for what happened. Accidents do happen and it's over. Getting out of the wheelchair is next thing.
Having someone touch you and you can feel them doing so after being that way for many years must be so great. I believe he will over come all of this and walk again.
My prayers go out to you,Mr.Reeves.
