Do you like his movies, his persona, etc.?
I myself like some of his films such as the Terminator series and True Lies. I even liked Collateral Damage, his latest film.

Personally, I like almost all of his movies. I think he's a great ation movie star. Sure, he's not the greatest actor in the world but he doesn't need to be. He's made some of my favorite movies.
I also think he's a great person. I think the work he does for kids is wonderful. He also seems to be a really nice person who appreciates his fans.
Definately someone I would like to meet!

Arnie IS a very decent person. I met him several times working at an airport in Van Nuys. And, most of his movies are good, if not great. What I like most about him is he seems to have so much fun making his movies, and generally just seems to enjoy life.
Go Arnie, I say.

I think the guy is cool, one person I'd definitely love to meet. Movie-wise, I also like him, his work is usually good, although there have been some not so good movies in the past (Jingle all the Way), but I still saw them, mainly because of the one name on the poster: SCHWARZENEGGER.

He's actually not a bad actor (he sure used to be, but he's gotten way better) and (most of) his movies are a whole hell of a lot of fun, especially Terminator 2.
Here's my top ten Arnold movies:
1) Terminator 2: Judgment Day (9/10)
2) Eraser (8/10)
3) Predator (8/10)
4) True Lies (8/10)
5) Total Recall (8/10)
6) The Terminator (8/10)
7) Last Action Hero (7/10)
8) The Running Man (7/10)
9) Commando (6/10)
10) End of Days (6/10)

Ahnuld is still the best at what he does...he kicks ass, delivers great cheesy lines you gotta love him! the fact that he still makes these action movies and hasn't joined the ranks of Steven Segal, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Chuk Norris etc...these guys movies are now predominatly straight to video guys...and Stallone is about one step away from that. It's a testament to Arnie's staying power and he's a good dude to boot.

Okay? not too bad?
Stop and think for a minute here guys, Would Action films (my personal favourite) be the same with out him? I think the 'genre' would have died off ages ago and made way for Baz Luhrman films (SHUDDER!!)
The only thing that worries me about Mr. Schwarzenegger is the fact the he will get too old one day and stop making films, for obvious reasons (death for one) and that some snotty nose actor like Duane Johnson or Vin Diesel (vins not too bad) will take action films to Chuck Norris' level.
We need a new action star, I say do the same thing as was done over 3 decades ago and get an unknown bodybuilder, weightlifter, really muscley dude and shoot him onto the screen so hard and fast it'll make our balls (we'll maybe not in my case) hurt so bad we'll be pleading for them to be cut off and stomped on!
WHEW!!

Yah Ahnulds great! He was 30 minutes from my house today, there was a Hummer Show at the fairgrounds in the county north of me (Hummers are made 45 miles from where I live) and Arnie was there to sign autographs and pick up his new H2. I woulda went to see him but I was doing other things, if only I had known he was coming before today. I caught an interview with him on the local news, hes such a great guy. He was talking about his various health programs and helping kids. Not to many action heros I know (ok I dont know any but still) care about kids like Arnold does. They also talked to him about him maybe running for governor in California and he said he hasn't fully decided yet but would love to in the future. I would vote for him if I lived in Cali. It'd be cool if Jesse Ventura was re-elected at the same time. It'd be like Predator/Running Man running the country!! As for his movies, I love all of them, except for one: Collaterall Damage. It just didnt seem like an Arnie flick to me. Thank god he's going back to kicking ass in T:3.
P.S. Arnie looked huge on the news tonight. He's really dark tanned and he has gotten a lot of him muscles back. In fact, he didnt even look 50, he looked like the Arnie that was in T:2.

No. And one way to check these things is to go onto IMDb.com. If you're interested.

He's awesome! One of my favorite action heroes of all time. Except he keeps disappointing!! It's almost as if he is TRYING to make shitty movies... he hasn't had a good movie since Eraser.
C'mon... End of Days, Collateral Damage... He is really testing the bonds of being a fan!

I think the nearest Arnie and Sly have come to being in the same movie is when in Demolition Man sly is told about Arnie being the president of the USA.

Don't forget about Last Action Hero. In the video store in the movie inside the movie there is a cardboard cutout for Terminator 2 starring Sylvester Stallone!

his acting may not be the best, but he is a great action hero. I've never met him, but he seems like the type of guy who would be a great dad and could be successful, even if not in the movie business. don't forget though that him and Sylvestor Stallone fought on Celebrity Deathmatch a few years ago. that's probably the closest they've ever been to each other

Arnold is cool. He has been in some genre classics such as both Terminator films and Predator. He's also pretty good at self parody, which makes him seem less egotistical and friendlier. Just my opinion.

Hes great for action movies, cause some dont really need too much acting,i mean hes got a somewhat ok acting ability but it isnt the best. But he can still deliver in action movies,i liked some of his work such as predator, commando, terminator (1 & 2) etc., there certainly are better actors and action stars, but hes pretty good.

I think he is a good actor. I like all of his movies that I have seen. Not of them is too everyone's liking. Many people say he can't act. I don't think that what so ever.
I am looking forward to seeing T3.
I hope he keeps making films.

Other than John Carpenter, Fat Mike and Quentin Tarantino, Arnie is my biggest role model.
I can honestly say I love the big guy and I hope that when I die, I am watching Kindergarten Cop.
God Bless him.
Wait Arnie is god, I guess he can bless him self.

I was watching Arnie in T2 last night. I don't think he's a bad actor at all. I can't say the same about EDWARD FURLONG, but whatever...
Although I hated, HATED Collateral Damage, The Sixth Day and End of Days, it had nothing to do with Arnie. He just has been picking some BAD movies to make. He'll be back http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif with T3 of course, and then hopefully he'll kick some ass in Westworld, if he's still up for doing that remake.

I will give my honest opinion. I will like some of Schwarzenegger's work very much (Predator 10/10, Terminator 2: Judgment Day 10/10, True Lies 7/10, Eraser 7/10), but I have to admit I am not the biggest fan of him. I do respect him more than Van Damme though, also do you notice how he is actually an intelligent person? Whenever he's interviewed on tv it seems like he also gives good responses, that are well-thought out. He's actually educated which is reflected in his deep vocabularly. Affleck and Van Damme often sound so lame.
I am into Snipes' action stuff but I consider Arnold the action icon. Snipes is the top action star (Blade 9/10, U.S. Marshals 8/10, Blade II 8/10, Undisputed 7/10) right now though imo, Vin Diesel is what you call the future premeir action star. Just my take ofcourse.

Believe it or not, I think that my favorite "Ahnuld" movie is Kindergarten Cop. I thought it was funny and action packed. Anyone with me?

As I've seen The Scorpion King and XXX since I've last posted, I must say no one will ever replace Ahnuld, contrary to a newly-spread belief. If anyone does get close, it'd be The Rock, since SK knew it was a cheesefest, while XXX tried to occasionally be "dramatic". Ahnuld just oozes badassness, like without looking, he can kill u w/ an AK-47 and never think about it. Vin can only hope to get the natural badassness w/o trying as he does

So far my favorite movie of all time is Predator, so it goes without saying that Arnold is one of if not, my favorite movie stars.
His best roles were:
Cyborg T800: Terminator 1 and 2
Conan: Conan the Barbarian
Dutch: Predator
John Matrix: Commando
Total Recall: Douglas Quaid
and a guilty favorite;
Ben Richards: The Running Man
