If you adore LOTR as much as anyone else, think that you could check out this forum AT LEAST once a day and contribute to it whole-heartedly, please drop me AN EMAIL (joblo@joblo.com) and let me know WHY YOU THINK YOU WOULD BE THE BEST PERSON TO RUN THIS PARTICULAR MOVIE FORUM (title your email LOTR MODERATOR).

DON'T FORGET to include your username (I say this all the time, but you'd be amazed at the number of people who forget this important tid-bit) and be sure that you can be of service for at least a year.

The new moderator for the LOTR forum has been chosen and it is: Dumb-Fokker-**

As usual, there were many able and qualified candidates for this gig, and these decisions seem to be getting harder and harder of late, but there's no doubt in my mind that Dumb-Fokker-** will kick that ass on this forum, and I hope that you all enjoy the happenings here as well.

Thank you,....daddy. Anyways; for anyone, and everyone in this forum: just like with any other forum, there will be no disrespectful attitudes tolerated here - save that for AICN. And, if you come across any news, pictures, ect., that you think are worth posting, feel free to do so. Im sure you already figured that you were allowed, but I get the feeling that some people would just figure that I would come across it, or something. Also, try not to make too many topics; look around, and if you have news that would be relevant to another topic, please post it in there. Now,.....um,....well, have fun everyone.

Good for you, Dumb Fokker! You were great with the FOTR and TTT countdowns and I know you will do the same here. Your love for LOTR will mean a great message board forum for us. I eagerly await what you've got in store for us. Lets all give Dumb-Fokker a big round of applause.

Second, just wanted to say I think this is the best moderator the LOTR forum could have. He's a long-time Schmoe, a funny guy to be around, and the biggest LOTR fan I've ever seen. He knows his shit and he'll do his job fine.
